How Long Will It Take To Get My Scooter?
Our deliveries take up to 12 working days everywhere. First we assemble the vehicle, which takes up to 5 working days and then our team schedules the delivery.
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
We accept cash, debit / credit cards, bank transfer, Paypal and finance through Klarna.
Is Buying On-Line Safe?
We have delivered thousands of scooters and there has never been an issue with our vehicles. The customer is also eligible to 14 days of return policy.

How do I place an Order?
To place an order, visit our shop and then select the product you wish to buy. Simply add products to the basket and once you are ready to buy, navigate through it into checkout.
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
If you wish to cancel or change your order, you need to contact us directly. Note that we need writen confirmation from you to cancel your order. Also, if the order has progressed and the scooter was assembled and dispatched, full return of money might no longer be possible as the costs of assemblage and transport were already made.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can buy the scooter without the account, however it is useful to have the account to receive special promotions.
How Do I Track My Order?
Once the scooter is purchased, we will send you a tracking link via email.
How Can I Return a Product?
The product can be returned as per instructions in our return policy.
